I used 3x4mm neodymium magnets, stacked 1 deep in each hole to securely hold the nozzle into the spindle mount.\r\n\r\nThis adapter was designed specifically for use with an Atrix Omega Supreme HEPA Vacuum Clean Room Fine Particle Vac, but it may also work with other vacuums that require adjusting the diameters of the parts for a proper connection.\r\n\r\nI printed the Top Clamp and Spindle Mount on an Ultimaker 3 using Ultimaker Tough PLA at 40% infill and support turned on, adhering to default settings except for layer height. The Spindle Mount is designed as a friction fit around the spindle, so it's best to avoid printing with straight PLA if your spindle tends to get warm. The Top Clamp and Spindle Mount are held together with 2 M6x30mm Socket Cap screws.\r\n\r\nThe nozzle was printed on an Original Prusa Mini in eSUN PLA+ at 20% infill and the default settings for the 0.07mm UltraFine detail, with supports turned on.\r\n\r\nThis device was designed to collect PCB dust when milling PCBs, but I make no claims regarding its suitability or effectiveness for this or any other use. This clamp attaches directly to the CNC mill and may affect clearances, potentially causing damage to the machine as it's in use. It's also possible that having this on reduces passive cooling of the spindle, which might shorten its lifespan, so use at your own risk. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
