Print Settings Printer: Ormerod Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm layers with a 0.5mm nozzle Infill: 20% Notes: These settings are non-critical, as the design lacks complex geometry. Post-Printing Remove any excess material from the battery area if necessary. Cut two pieces of sturdy wire (1.5 mm copper) to approximately 60mm long. Form a loop in each piece and insert it between the terminal walls. Open out the loops and trim the ends that touch the battery with side cutters, leaving about 2.5mm exposed. Refer to the photo for precise instructions. Some batteries arrive with kapton tape covering the contacts; remember to remove this before using the holder.
