PLEASE NOTE: Some DIY skills (and mind) required! I use a lot of wireless headsets when biking and traveling mainly because modern flat-faced phones don't have volume controls easily available for touch, plus you can use any 3.5mm earphones. So Nokia headset line was my go, but unfortunately they messed up with BH-111's volume scroll wheel, which got caught in clothes and went up and down while biking and walking, so I decided to swap that to the newer model. For that, they messed up with the clip thingy; a simple swipe to the pocket would dislodge it from your clothes. One thing they did right with BH-111 was the clip; it held well, with simple rubber against your fabric and small plastic lid pushing against the other side. So why not combine both? -> BH-121.1! Instructions: Building this is pretty straightforward... Clean off original clip mounts, print parts, clean, glue, polish, and glue to the unit. Use ABS for this; the plastic clip needs some bendiness to it, which PLA might break. Do note that "pillow" part is made with rubbery filament (FilaFlex, NinjaFlex etc.)... also when gluing to the unit, I recommend covering the newly opened holes with tape. AND as always: THIS AVOIDS WARRANTY! I take no responsibility if your unit gets bricked, glued to the table, your face, or ends up in smoke... PS: These can still be bought from eBay at a fraction of their original price.
