Drawn up with Fusion. Print using TPU. A 20% infill is perfectly acceptable. Employ supports if you desire smooth-looking holes. Tree supports are highly recommended as they leave no marks on the bottom surface. Have a blast. EDIT: V2 has been updated, I enlarged the USB hole to also accommodate the microphone, which was partially obstructed by the previous design.
