The original Noise & Vibration Dampener design is improved with a redesign in Sketchup, offering the following enhancements: increased dampening (unconfirmed), greater support, and reduced likelihood of deformation over time under the weight of the machine. The new design features dual micro-feet that force the foot-holder (top) part closed, applying pressure to the foot of the machine and preventing deformation. To install, print four dampeners or use an attached plate with 100% infill for optimal performance and strength; snap one onto each foot and optionally secure with a zip tie to ensure stability.
