noise reduction control box foot for Creality CR10 / CR10S

The most jarring aspect on the Creality CR10/CR10S is undoubtedly the control box and its internal fans. However, numerous YouTube videos demonstrate how to replace these fans, leading me to wonder: why go through such an ordeal? No miniature fan can be slow enough to produce silence while still generating sufficient airflow. Why not focus on developing a solution that enables replacing all control box fans with a high-performance case fan? Over the past few years, countless hours of brainstorming have gone into crafting silent fans capable of delivering impressive air output. The culmination of my ingenuity is this custom foot designed to replace the bottom plate of the CR10/CR10S control box. Simply remove the existing fans from within the box, then insert a high-performance case fan (such as the bequiet! pure wing or bequiet! silent wing) into the customized foot and connect it to one of the newly available fan connectors inside the control box. Next, place 1.75mm TPU material (NinjaFlex or another flexible substance) within the notches on both sides for a secure seal and as vibration dampeners at the bottom. Finally, reinsert the control box and bask in the newfound silence. Personally, I've observed that optimal results are achieved when allowing the fan to actively blow air into the control box, facilitating warm air escape through its vents. The accompanying image serves as a visual reference for the specific control box being discussed, with additional photos forthcoming.
