This is a wall-mount rack for the Nogarmy cordless mini pen drill (available on Amazon). It holds the drill, its wrenches, and either 10 or 20 3/32" shaft bits or cutters. You could also use it on the bench, but it'd need to be mounted to a heavy base so that it doesn't tip over. If you're in the market for a mini pen drill, the Nogarmy drill is MUCH better than the WowStick drill. It features a metal chuck that holds the bit with much better concentricity. Don't buy a WowStick, buy a Nogarmy.
