A fan cover that encloses a whole 40x20mm fan, meaning the top and the sides. It's a pretty tight fit, so maybe print it a bit bigger, like 105% scale or so. The notch is oriented for the fans to push air through the grill and is wide enough for ground and power. So, if you want to pull air through the grill, mirror the model in your slicer and if you're using a PWM fan, just file the notch a bit bigger until the wires fit.
