A no clunk adaption of the wonderful "Gravity spoolholder for MMU2S" by Michal Fanta.

Video: https://youtu.be/Li5INzZ04JA

Many of the gravity rewinding spool holder allow the spool to continue spin at the top, by jumping over the gears and making a clunking noise. This adaption allow the spool to continue to spin by only holding the spool to the pin with a small amount of friction.

Assembly Instruction:
1) Add Stopper to the top right frame. This will stop the Pin turning when it reach the top.
2) Glue HexagonalNut to one end of the Pin (then wait for glue to dry). Insert spool. Add the other HexagonalNut and tighten it, only to the point where there is only a little friction between the spool and the Gear. Apply LockingNut, so the HexagonalNut won't further tighten or loosen.
As I don't want the spool to jam. I tend to place the Pin onto the frame orientated such that the pull of the filament will try to loosen the nut.
3) If you tend to over tighten the HexagonalNut. You can add the ShelfClip to stop the holder lifting.
Numbered ShelfClips can be downloaded at "Easy Printer Enclosure" page (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/36026-easy-printer-enclosure)

I also raised the holder to increase the incline, so it's easier for the spool to rewind.

You can check out my other prints at https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/76585-highrise-workshop/prints.
