Nocks and Fletching for Wooden Arrows
thingiverse
I've been a big fan of [Backyard Bowyer](https://www.youtube.com/user/BackyardBowyer) and [ZNA Productions](https://www.youtube.com/c/nonlethalbychoice) and their amazing PVC bows. I recently built 2 of their designs using PVC and fiberglass driveway markers and they shoot great, but arrows aren't cheap and every time I shot the 70lb bow they shattered on impact. $0.74 5/16" oak dowels are quite cheap, though. So I knocked up some nocks that I printed in ABS and some one-piece fletchings to be printed in TPU and wrapped around the arrow shaft. For arrowheads I'm just using some steel tubing I smashed flat in my vise and shaped/sharpened and glued in place.
