A graph in the form of a pair [coordinates, edges]. Coordinates are lists of 2-tuples of numbers. Edges are list of 1-based integers indicating indices in the coordinates tuple that define an edge. In other words they represent the first and second vertex number of an edge (excluding itself). Note that these data structures use zero-indexing for their nodes, and one-indexing to index them.
