10 Downing Street, commonly referred to in the United Kingdom as "Number 10", serves as the central hub for Her Majesty's Government operations and the official home and office of the First Lord of the Treasury, a position that is typically held by the Prime Minister. Originally comprising three separate houses, Number 10 was offered to Sir Robert Walpole by King George II in 1732. However, Walpole accepted on one condition: that the properties be donated to the office of First Lord of the Treasury rather than to him personally. Walpole enlisted renowned architect William Kent to merge the three houses into a single, larger structure. This unified house is now recognized as "Number 10 Downing Street". Key Features: In-depth model with 18,186 polygons. Entirely composed of 3 and 4-point polygons. No grouping information or moving parts are included. The model has been UV mapped. One set of texture maps accompanies the corresponding bump maps. The original model was created by Digimation Model Bank and is uploaded here with permission.
