Here's an SCAD implementation that can be easily added to other objects as a module. I managed to get it up and running on Greg's X carriage in about 10 minutes - I'll post the details later after printing a test one. This is a brand new implementation, created by simply printing out one of the original objects, measuring it, and then coding it from scratch in SCAD.
