No-Tools Micro Gear Motor Mount

This is a versatile mounting plate for those 12mm micro gear motors that are gaining popularity everywhere. These small DC motors can be used in many places where you would normally use a servo or continuous rotation servo motor, especially in robotics applications. As an added bonus, I included some shaft adapters with various shapes. I will post the shaft adapters as customizable parts in a separate post. If you don't already have some of these motors, my favorite version is the Pololu Micro Gear Motors (https://www.pololu.com/category/60/micro-metal-gearmotors), which come with carbon brushes and a range of gear ratio options from 5:1 up to 1000:1.
