No-Sew 3d Printed Graphic Hat

I'm excited to create a hat with 3D printed letters for my son because I've seen it done before and thought it looked incredibly cool. To come up with a method that didn't involve sewing, I experimented with different approaches until I landed on one that seemed promising. First, you take your chosen letters or graphics and add small pegs with a diameter of 0.25 inches. Next, poke holes in the hat for these pegs to fit snugly into place. To secure them, melt the plastic end of each peg flat so it can't be easily removed. While this method may result in a scratchy and uncomfortable experience on the forehead, I plan to hot glue a layer of soft felt over top to make it more wearable.
