No Relief Hopper Key for Nerf Perses

This replacement for the Nerf Rival Perses' hopper release lever stays outside of the blaster until it's time to remove the hopper. At this point, it gets inserted into the blaster in place of the original hopper release lever and functions as usual. After use, it's meant to be pulled out again. This design is particularly useful for hoppers that only need removal if a jam occurs or not at all.
