No Mans Sky Ship

No Mans Sky Ship

One of my all-time favorite No Man's Sky ships gets an upgrade with added details: reshaped wings, jet nozzles underneath, extra pipes and more! Please note that the supports are included in this design, so it must be printed upright. The photos of the painted ship are from a test print (8cm long), which is ridiculously small! In contrast, the large ship measures 14 x 14 x 4 cm in size. Another photo shows the large version printing in action, along with a few snaps of it painted to perfection. Have fun printing this beauty! P.S. An improved version will be released soon with better supports, and stay tuned for new ships! Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator 4x Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm Infill: 30% Notes: As usual, getting temperatures right is crucial... Printing in PLA, I used an extruder temperature of 185 degrees and a heated bed at 60 degrees. How I Designed This I started from scratch with 3DS Max, using a No Man's Sky ship as a reference to draw inspiration from.
