No holes tarp clip

This gadget is similar to a tool my grandfather used for holding painter's fabric while working. As kids, we played with them to create bedsheet forts; I still use them today for securing tarps when grommets are not easily accessible. To use it, place the disk on one side of the fabric and push through the hole on the clip. Flatten it perpendicular to the clip and pull tight. Despite my inexperience with digital design, I appreciate your feedback on any improvements needed if you print this. Apologies for the earlier mistake; please let me know if there are any issues with the file.
