I built a custom no-fog coolant spray system for my standard knee mill by adapting various DIY plans I found online. To attach the spray tube to the spindle, I designed specific parts that fit my machine's unique specifications. Initially, I created the arms 6 inches long but soon realized they were too long after printing. So, I shortened them to 3 inches and was pleased with how well they worked. The clamp ID is 85.25mm, making it a perfect fit for my Supermax knee mill. This design should also work on other similar machines or can be easily modified to suit individual needs.
