No Flow Water Cane
pinshape
Over a large area, people constantly run back and forth to the water spigot while positioning and adjusting the water sprinkler. A portable device used to manually inhibit or regulate water flow to an attached water sprinkling unit is invented. This temporary, movable device can be easily attached to and removed from a standard garden hose. Benefits include movability, water conservation, personal time saving, and human energy saving. Patent pending for personal use only - no commercial license is granted. 3-D Printing Recommendations: Recommended Material: ABS or Tough PLA Quality: 1.5mm Infill: 20% OK. Due to operational stress, it's recommended to increase the infill of the lower/mid section of the Base to 80% and the threaded area of the Rod to 40%. Speed: 50mm/s> Arrange on build plate as shown in photo. Base should be scaled at 105% to allow for additional thread clearance. Rod and Press halves OK @ 100%. FYI - Rod is 11" (279mm) length. STL can be modified to shorten if needed for your machine. No supports are required.
