Inspired by Burner's belt tensioner, this custom solution eliminates the need for zipties and drilling/tapping holes. Using zipties to pinch belts in place creates uneven tension, hindering full print bed movement. Installation: Parts are designed with rear-facing adjustments, allowing for easy front clipping into place. Static Belt Clip: Once tightened down, it stays put; however, additional stability can be achieved by attaching a 3/4" wide binder clip without the arms. Brace/Slider: Secure the brace using 8 or 10mm M3 screws with internal nuts. Insert an M3 nut into the horizontal hole and attach it to an M3 screw at least 25mm long on the slider. Printed in PETG with a 4-shell design, 70% infill. Clear out holes as needed for screw fitment. A 6mm GT2 belt was used; it may require a slight extension beyond the standard length.
