NO Cussing Kossel Motor Corner Remix

I think I hated most about building my first Kossel was the motor corners and those tiny screws with no good access. They were horrible to get to and took forever to complete. OK, I admit I only put two in each of the motors. This remix fixed all that. The motor mounts to a flat plate that slides into the corner from the bottom. The belt tension holds it in place. If you are concerned that it might get loose you can drill a hole and pin the plate in. I think the flush mount bottom and the belt tension will assure it stays put. My new upgraded home machine will have these parts so I will know soon how they work out and update if I need to. I have already printed them in PLA and the fit up is nice. I designed this for using 20 X 60 three slot rail but you can use two 20X20 rails on it too. I also added a feature to allow inserting more nuts in the rails. This way you can use the cheaper and more robust nuts. I have added a tie bar between the belts and large triangular supports for the motor plate at the bottom to support the strain of the belt. I think it is actually stronger than the original design but you be the judge of that. UPDATE: I'm late getting back on this design. I have had these motor corners in place now for almost a year and they are working perfectly. I have experienced no twist from belt tension at all. The next machine is in process and they will have these motor corners made from PETG for added heat stability should I choose to make it more portable. Don't leave PLA in a hot car for long!
