This adapter makes it possible to flash a Chinese Wi-Fi smart wall switch without any soldering required. You can find the link to the switch, which this adapter fits perfectly with an 86mm size and no need for a neutral cable in the switch box. Check out this product on eBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-Gang-Smart-Wall-Switch-Home-WiFi-Touch-LightPanel-For-Echo-Alexa-Google-Home/264128467308 In addition to the adapter, you'll also need some pogo pins. I used these ones: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/50pcs-P75-B1-Dia-1-02mm-100g-Cusp-Spear-Spring-Loaded-Test-Probes-Pogo-Pins-new/163448778458 You may need to enlarge the holes with a 1mm drill bit. The pads are arranged as follows: Pad 1 - GPIO0, Pad 2 - 3.3v, Pad 3 - GND, Pad 4 - RX, and Pad 5 - TX. I've included the Fusion 360 file if you need to modify it for different pogo pin sizes. I can confirm that this method works, as I've successfully flashed about 5 of these switches using DrZzs' method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMiP9Ku71To However, please note that I have only tested single- and dual-channel switches and set the Tasmota module to Sonoff T1 for one or two channels. I haven't tried flashing a three-channel switch, so I can't confirm if it works. After setting up MQTT, the switches work as expected, except for one minor issue: on a two-channel switch, when only one channel is turned on, the blue LED indicating that the other channel is off doesn't light up. Please flash at your own risk.
