Nixie Tube Clock IN-1

This clock case is designed for IN-1 nixie tubes and accommodates six of them, stacked from top to bottom, displaying Hours, Minutes, and Seconds. The PCB (kit) used in this build can be found by following the link below. Behind the nixie clock 'tower' there's a box that stores the pcb, providing a sturdy base for the tall nixie case. A small 2-way toggle switch is used to control the power on/off, and a metal socket is utilized for the PSU (Power Supply Unit). Links to Ebay are provided below. The IN-1 tubes have an attractive feature: their bases are made from 'Bakelite', a durable material with a nostalgic feel. What's more, they're relatively inexpensive - six pieces can be purchased for $12-$14, including shipping to Europe. Note the clock next to it uses IN-14 tubes. The wires were directly soldered onto the back pins of the tubes; however, 4mm female PSU Molex pins found in PC hardware can also be used. Additional components needed include 8 x 3x15 screws and a 9v 500mah PSU.
