I assembled a custom case for my Nixie clock kit, which I obtained from PVElectronics.co.uk, Item # IN8KITNOTU. For the hardware, I utilized a 3mm socket cap bolt that eliminated the need for any tapping. Additionally, I made some upgrades to the top plate of the case. Specifically, I rotated it by 180 degrees and created a recessed hole, taking care to make it .4mm deeper than the original design.
