Precision Level Based on HACCURY Glass (4''/2mm Precision) 14x100mm Purchased on Aliexpress (10€). This precision level is necessary for creating the geometry and placement of guide rails on a digital milling machine, costing ten times less if placed on a precision ruler. The small axial level is a classic 29x10x10 (1€). It is necessary to cut and drill/assemble two flexible flaps (canned lid or film sheet, for example) in order to create the upper and lower spring lamellas. Three micro screws are required for the lamellas, one M3x10mm screw for adjustment. Adjustment is done using the screw, so that the bubble is in the same place when rotating the level by 180 degrees. A fixed square on a work surface is used to reposition the level at the same location during rotation. Two neodymium magnets of 6x1.5mm can be glued underneath, in order to fix the level to a square or precision ruler. The lateral stops may require slight sanding according to your printing parameters, so as not to hinder the movement of the glass.
