You should print at 98-97% depending on the material you're using, as well as your flashlamp measurement, which is typically around 50 mm plus or minus. I use PETG+ and have achieved a nice fit at 97% with a P30 and 98% with other 50mm head diameter flashlights. Filament temperature should be increased by 20%.
