These are three parts that can turn your Nitecore P20iX into a nightstand light. **Tail Stand ** I printed the tail stand in black PLA. I used a wall thickness of 1.2mm which makes it sturdy and stable enough. Infill density is irrelevant here as with the fins everything is pretty much two walls thick. I added some feet to raise the base and some vent holes at the bottom. Should your battery vent, it will do so through the tail switch cap. I don't think it would propel the torch way too high, but I didn't want to take any chances. The tail-fit into the base is purposefully slightly loose so you can switch the lamp on and off by pressing on the top of the diffuser till the tail switch clicks. **Diffuser** For the diffuser I used natural, glow in the dark, PLA. Wall thickness is 1.2mm as above and the infill is 20% Tri-Hexagon. This seems to give a good scattering of the light without absorbing it too much. You might want to experiment with other infill patterns or densities. Also in this case, I added a vent hole at the top. This is quite critical as the business end of the torch can reach up to 60 degrees celsius I am quite sure the expanding air trapped inside could pop it off. Make sure there’s no support material clogging the hole after printing. Using glow in the dark PLA is a nice touch that will make it easier to locate the lamp at night in a dark room, if you don’t have any available make sure you use natural PLA. White should do as well but you might need to play a bit with the infill factor. **Diffuser Reflector** For the reflector, which helps drive all the light down instead of blinding you, I used white PLA. Wall thickness 1.2mm, any infill factor or pattern will do. Light does not shine through this part if you glue a bit of aluminium foil inside the reflector. This also further helps reflecting all the light down. The reflector is a parabola with the focal point in the middle of the P20iX LEDs. A vent hole matching the one on the diffuser completes the escape route for the hot air from the torch head. Make sure there’s no support material clogging the hole after printing. You will need a couple of drops of suitable glue to attach the reflector to the diffuser.
