Nitecore D4 Battery Charger Wall Mount

Nitecore D4 Battery Charger Wall Mount

thingiverse

Here we have a wall mount for the Nitecore D4 Battery Charger. The mount attaches securely to the wall using two 3.5 mm screws, whose length is entirely up to you, and the charger easily snaps into place. To ensure a perfect fit, simply drill two vertically aligned holes in your wall with a distance of 46 mm - don't worry if this measurement is slightly off, as the screw holes on the mount have been designed with tolerance in mind; note that the initial version I uploaded had different distances between the flat and tilted versions, which have now been unified to 46 mm. This wall mount comes in two styles: a flat version and a tilted version with a 10° angle. The latter is far more convenient for inserting or removing batteries and reading the display. Plus, it features cut-outs for routing the power cord downwards behind the charger - an added bonus! And as a happy coincidence, the tilted version also doubles as a desktop stand. The included SketchUp file contains a highly accurate model of the Nitecore D4 enclosure, which I created for reference purposes only. For details on how to print this wall mount, please refer to the print settings below. If you do decide to print and enjoy using it, I'd be more than grateful if you could spare a small donation in EUR or USD - simply click here: https://PayPal.Me/wookbert. Print Settings Printer: CEL Robox Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Layerheight with 0.3 mm nozzle Infill: 13% Notes: As you can see from the attached screenshot, this wall mount stands upright in the print layout, which eliminates the risk of clamps breaking off due to layer orientation. You won't need any supports, brims, or raft to print this mount (assuming your filament adheres well enough to the build plate). However, printing without a raft might result in a slight "elephant's foot" - where the lowest layers of the print flare out - which could prevent the mount from properly snapping into place. In such cases, minor corrections with a utility knife or file may be necessary.
