Nitecore D4 Battery Charger Wall Mount
myminifactory
Here we have a wall mount for the Nitecore D4 Battery Charger that perfectly snaps into place once attached with two 3.5 mm screws, allowing you to drill two vertically aligned holes into your wall with a distance of 41 mm. A flat version and a tilted version with a 10° angle are available, which I prefer for its convenience when inserting or removing batteries and reading the display. The tilted version also features cut-outs for the power cord if you want to route it downwards. The SketchUp file includes an accurate model of the Nitecore D4 enclosure that I created for reference. If you print this mount and like it, I'd appreciate a small donation in EUR or USD: https://PayPal.Me/wookbert (or simply use the Tip Button on the right). Thanks a lot! Print settings: As shown in the attached screenshot, the wall mount is printed upright to prevent clamps from breaking off. You don't need supports, brims, or a raft to print the mount if your filament sticks well to the build plate. However, printing without a raft may cause a slight elephant's foot (the lowest layers of the print flaring out), which might prevent the mount from snapping into place properly. In this case, minor corrections with a utility knife or file might be necessary. I've printed the 10° tilted version on a CEL Robox in ABS with Normal resolution using a 0.3 mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.2 mm with an infill density of 13% in just 3h26min.
