Nite Rider Lumina 750 headlamp mount
thingiverse
Mountain bikers and road cyclists swear by Nite Rider lights for their exceptional brightness and recharging capabilities. However, these lights lack a versatile mount that allows users to secure them without a helmet, making nighttime cross-country skiing a challenging endeavor. To address this issue, I created an adapter specifically designed for use with the Nite Rider helmet mount. By utilizing the included straps and clamps, riders can easily attach this mount to their preferred light source. For enhanced comfort during wear, I repurposed an old elastic band from a Rayovac miner's headlamp and attached 3/8-inch thick foam tape to the forehead contact area.
