Nissan X-trail T30 4x4 gearbox oil stick

<p>This is an oil stick for X-trail T30 4x4 gearbox (2.0 l petrol, QR20DE). The service manual says "measure with appropriate stick". I found it hard to first dip a stick and then measure it so I made this.The H-notch is at 168 mm deep and L is at 174 mm, as the manual states.</p> <p>This works only for 4x4 models! 2WD has a different filling hole.</p> <p>Usage instructions:</p> <ul> <li>Remove the oil filling cap. I used PETG because it was loaded in my printer.</p> Transparent was a bad color choice because it is hard to see the oil on the stick (oil should be yellowish, not black)</div></p> <p>As said above, do not use a shrinking material except if you compensate for the shrinking.</p> <h3> Post-Printing</h3> <p>Glue together the two parts with your favorite glue. I used gel like superglue.</p> <p>You need to measure the correct distance as in the attached picture! I left some extra space in the top part because of printing errors, so if you push the stick all the way to the bottom the distance will be wrong.</p> <h3> How I Designed This</h3> <p>Designed in Fusion360 and sliced with Simplify3D</p> </p></p></p> Category: Automotive
