I mounted a USB and Aux port on my GROM BT3 with the USB and Aux addon kit, which should work seamlessly with any other USB and 3.5mm Aux addon kit available in the market. After conducting an exhaustive search, I discovered that there isn't a USB/AUX switch designed specifically for a 2005 Nissan Frontier, but numerous options are available for Toyota vehicles. However, I did notice that the cable on the back of the Amazon-purchased item comes off quite easily, so it's recommended to secure it with hot glue or Kapton tape. Unfortunately, this was how the Toyota piece was designed, leaving little room for modification.
