This is a modified version of the original door clip you can find on your stock Nissan S12. It was altered to be bendy enough for PLA to fit snugly into the doors, while still being strong enough to hold the factory bolt that secures the armrest in place. Additionally, this modification makes it easier to apply sealant to the door foil, keeping water out of the vehicle. Simply apply the sealant and then cut through the door clip's hole to make room for the bolt. This allows you to easily put on the foil.
