I used PLA and heat-treated (Annealing PLA) it by covering it in sand and heating it up in the oven. You can find youtube videos regarding how to Anneal PLA. If it does not last I will look at printing in PETG or ABS. I used this part on the rear window of a 2004 Nissan Sentra. It should work for 2000-2006 Nissan models but may also work for others. This plastic Nissan part tends to break in half. The part rides in a track at the bottom of the window. The part should press fit onto the end of the arm attached to the window motor. I covered my part in grease to lubricate and protect it from moisture and so far it is working perfectly. I use the open-source program SolveSpace for my 3d drawing.
