Nissan Leaf Passenger Door Seal Part
thingiverse
This part fits snugly in the extreme top right corner of the passenger side door on my 2013 Nissan Leaf. It may be identical to other years' models. The part keeps the door seal firmly in place, so I suspect without it the door might start leaking. If a mirror image of this part was created, it could potentially work just as well on the driver's side door too.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n My trusty Monoprice Select Mini\n \n Rafts: \n Absolutely not\n \n Supports: \n Yes indeed\n \n Resolution: \n 0.15 mm precision\n \n Notes: \n I printed this part using PLA on my MP Select Mini, but I believe it would be far better in PETG or ABS. I printed it in the orientation shown with supports, so the bottom looks a bit rough but the nice side is facing up. The small tab on the back breaks off very easily; it should make it slightly thicker.\nI have no idea what Nissan charges for this part, but I was able to print it for just a few cents, so that's definitely a win.
