We recently purchased an all-electric Nissan Leaf, which prompted me to create a custom keychain featuring the vehicle's logo, reworked in the distinctive Leaf font. The keychain was printed using black and white TPU material, but any other suitable material can be used – although some options like PLA may be more prone to the ring end breaking off. The main body of the keychain is 2.5mm thick, while the raised section measures 3.5mm in height.
