This package includes a detailed exterior model with simple interior design. Each object is labeled with its material name for easy customization. The RAR archive features multiple formats, including 3DS Max 2011 with V-Ray and mental ray materials, as well as standard materials using scanline rendering. Preview images showcase studio and outdoor renders, but be aware that some color differences may occur due to post-processing adjustments in Photoshop. Included are lighting setups, render configurations, and a Photoshop CS6 macro file for post-production enhancements. Each scene provides models with mesh smooth modifiers applied, separated into layers for ease of use. The OBJ format offers two versions: one with mesh smooth applied and another without, both in low to medium poly counts for editing flexibility. Similarly, LWO and C4D formats provide non-collapsed meshes, while FBX and 3DS formats offer pre-smoothed models ready for rendering. The model's polycount is approximately 320,000 polygons without mesh smooth and 2.5 million faces/1.3 million polygons when collapsed.
