This nipple clamp (or other devices) is extremely effective, both at crushing and stretching a nipple. It can be used alone, with a ring allowing attachment of weight, chain or other objects, providing a secure grip. When utilized with the stem, the nipple can be stretched gradually and left in place. The narrow stem bottom allows action to be concentrated on the nipple and areola, while the wide stem bottom stretches a larger part of the breast. Mounting: Position the tie rod in the clamp and install the nut. Lay the clamp flat. Apply a tiny drop of glue to each hole of the clamp and tie rod. Position two connecting rods and set the four rivets. Wait until the glue is dry before flipping the entire assembly over and repeating the process.
