<h1>NIOP XO-Shoulder Avengers Remix</h1> <b>Summary:</b> The old XO-Shoulder Shoulder Cap & Core used a screw post/Chicago screw, but this new Avengers design uses a M3 threaded insert (4mm o.d.) in the back of it, and then you use the same Core part with a M3x5 machine screw and washer. We'd heat it up with the hot tool/soldering iron to melt it in. If you can't get threaded inserts, just use a M3x5 wood screw. If it's loose you can fill in the screw hole with superglue or a 'shim' made of a little piece of one of the skirts from a print or any scrap shoved down in the hole before you add the screw. The skirt waste mat'l works well because it's flat and fills in the gap nicely.
