NIOP Q-C v2 Quick-Connect Wrist
Summary: The NIOP Q-C v2 Quick-Connect Wrist is intended for use with any of the standard NIOP arm configs (TR, TR-S, TH, TH-S), just select the Standard NIOP Wrist Pin or the ARX Wrist Pin Option in the OpenSCAD menu for the correct wrist hole in the forearm. With the Q-C v2, the user can switch different task specific adapters and terminal devices on the fly, and it can fit either the Standard NIOP Wrist Pin for fixed-in-place, or an ARX Wrist Pin for 12 rotational positions at the wrist (recommended for hands and hooks). To Connect and Disconnect the Q-C Remember holes to grooves. For a left-side device, line the holes in the hand up with the grooves in the Q-C, slide it on the wrist and twist to the right. To release, push the buttons in and twist to the left, and slide off. Adding or removing hands and adapters is the same for right-side devices, but twist the opposite direction. Compatibility All Q-C v1 adapters/terminal devices are upward compatible with the Q-C v2, however v2 adapters/terminal devices are not downward compatible with the Q-C v1. See the Product Catalog for the different adapters and terminal devices we have to offer for the v2 system.
