Nintendo Switch Vertical/Portrait Grip with Strap Holders

Storytime: 3 months ago, a coworker asked me, "Hey, you've got a 3D printer. Can you print something for me?" He showed me the work of ClydeRadcliffe here on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2720756). I liked the idea and tried to print it out for him. While the print was running, I started thinking (a habit that's always a little scary with IT people like me). There was one main thing I didn't like about ClydeRadcliffe's design - how different parts were held together. The switch itself is held by the tension of the case and the joycons are held by friction between themselves and the carriage. I wanted to fix this by adding a bottom to the case and nubs for the joycon locking mechanism. I tried to do this by editing the STL file, but after two weeks of frustration and installing different 3D/CAD programs, I finally gave up. One month ago, I sat down and started working on creating my own design for a Switch Portrait Grip. Facts: And here's the "finished" product:). You'll notice that the switch has a bit of room in the holder. I did this so I could add a thin adhesive velvet foil to the holder.
