I was really impressed by Guyver111's innovative vertical switch grip design, but when playing ikaruga on the Nintendo Switch, I realized that the game's low volume required me to use headphones. To solve this issue, I took his original grip and split it in half, mirroring the design to create vent slots on both sides. This allows players to choose between using their headphones or accessing power and volume controls. As a helpful tip for anyone playing ikaruga on the Switch, I found that the default master volume is set to 50%, so I adjusted mine to 100% for optimal sound quality. Having already modified the grip, I decided to share my creation with the community.
