Nintendo Switch Stand

Nintendo Switch Stand

thingiverse

I got a Nintendo Switch for Christmas and really enjoy using the Joy-Con while playing on the small screen, but I found it frustrating trying to charge the tablet while propping it up to play. I thought to myself, "Someone should make a stand that can hold this thing securely either on a flat surface or hanging over a chair or railing, with enough space underneath so it doesn't rest on the charging cable." So I made one. This print is quite extensive; with 3 outer shells per layer and 25% infill for extra durability of the relatively thin walls, even at 0.2mm layer height, expect this to take over 30 hours. Also make sure your printer and slicer are well-calibrated for accurate prints; I left a little bit of slack in all dimensions so the Switch slides right back out, but if your printer prints even slightly wide it might be a tighter fit than expected. However, with patience, the results are truly worth it. The Nintendo Switch is not included.
