I've thinned down everything to around 4mm beams, switching up the crossbeam by adding notches too. I'm also using two of them, which helps keep things steady. Since I didn't need disassembly, these parts fit tighter, simply popping into place with pliers. I printed this design in PLA and it's performing well so far. The print time has sped up significantly to around 32 minutes now. This single file includes everything you'll need - just print with a skirt and you're good to go.
