Nintendo Switch Simple Cartridge Case
thingiverse
I wanted to design a very basic, high capacity Nintendo Switch cartridge case for traveling. My priority was simplicity with the smallest footprint for the amount of games. Please note that the case has an intentional 2mm gap between the top and bottom half when filled with cartridges. This was an aesthetic choice, but if you want a closed seam, increase the height of either part in your slicer by 2-3mm. Feel free to edit or take inspiration from this design; I'm open to suggestions on closing mechanisms and aesthetic improvements. The design has room for improvement, and I'm sharing it in case someone else can benefit from it. Edit: September 19, 2020 - Added a version with thicker interior walls since Cura seems to have issues that PrusaSlicer doesn't. I've now sliced it with both Cura and PrusaSlicer using my default line width of 0.4mm, and got functional G-code back. If anything else still isn't working, please let me know in the comments.
