Nintendo Switch Silicone Thumb grip mould
thingiverse
Replacement Nintendo Switch Thumbgrip Mould. Silicone mould for use with 2-part silicone, may also work with RTV tube but untested. Designed as a solution for worn-out thumbgrips on my son's Switch controller, the originals feature small pips to stay locked in place but can be difficult to reinstall after they come loose. Genuine replacement thumbgrips from Nintendo are not readily available; shipping the controller off for repair is the only known option. To use, print both parts of the mould, mix a small amount of mould silicone (10g), pour it into the bottom mould cup until full, and then place the top mould piece on to squeeze out excess silicone and create thumb grips. Leave to cure, remove, and cut off flashing. Securely holds onto controller and easy to replace if they wear out or fall off. Hope you find this replacement useful.
