UPDATE: added the base, which was surprisingly missing sorry. Another update is coming soon. A Boring Info Bit First... This requires dismantling your dock, so if you're not okay with that, consider getting a friend or five to assist with the surgery. All jokes aside, it's easily done if you have patience. Keep all the screws safe, as you'll need a few of them. I'm sharing this design for the first time, so please go easy on me, and all critique is much appreciated. First things first, I want to thank Benmarte for the original docky he created. That dock was incredible, and it's what got me into printing and Fusion 360 just over a year ago. Not only did I get inspiration from his design, but he also helped me get into parametric modelling. With all the praise comes the truth about why I started this project. I wanted something as small as possible that still kept console support with minimal printing requirements and used everything I already had on hand. This dock only requires six screws that were originally used in the base, and I doubled up the motherboard holes to secure the entire dock. The other two screws are used to secure the USB-C. Dimensions: * Width: 65mm * Height: 18.75mm * Length: 97mm The print quality I got with this model was one of the best prints I've ever made on my CR-10, although I did have some rough faces from where the support structure was. Bonus points for anyone who uses the profile I uploaded and can help me figure out a fix. For now, the LED is mounted below the left Joy-Con joystick, but I'm toying with the idea of making this entire cylinder hollow and inserting translucent filament into the hole so the LED brightens up nicely. There are a few other things I'll change when I get the time, mainly the dimensions of certain parts. Once again, I'm open to all comments and help, as I'm only at the beginning of this learning curve and I respect how talented you guys are around here. I'll always appreciate your guidance. Thanks for looking, and if you printed this, I hope you enjoy it!
