This is a Nintendo Switch Charging Dock holder (for Nintendo Switch LCD version) to be mounted on the back of TV with one of the wall mount holes. Designed it to hide the console from my little kid and to reduce space taken by stuff around TV. Hole in the model fits 5mm screw (with 18 mm flat washer).
