I designed a standalone version of the center piece of the Joycon Grip to test out the rails for future designs. Several things are worth noting: The Joycons do not lock into the rails, but friction holds them in place quite well. There are supports in place for a small overhang near the top of each rail. I am unsure if they work too well, so be sure to cut them off once the print finishes. I take no responsibility if you damage your Joycons with this print. So far, mine have seen no issues. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Maker Select Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing: You will need to cut off the overhang supports near the tops of the rails. After that, the Joycons should be able to slide right in.
